Line Cook/Prep Cook - (position filled)
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet for several hours. Must be good at multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced team environment, pays attention to detail and able to keep on task.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Uses, maintains, and cleans all kitchen line equipment, preparation, and storage areas. Stocks and rotates products on cooking line. Has sufficient knowledge of cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time and performance standards. Cooks and prepares menu items according to guest request within company standards and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Communicates with the Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/services deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, etc.
Bartender/Waitstaff - Closing Shift (position filled)
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet for several hours. Candidate must be a multi-tasker, able to work in a fast-paced team environment, pays attention to detail and able to keep on task.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits. Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all guests drinking alcohol. Taking food orders from guests and serving that food to them. Keeping a neat and orderly bar area/server station to ensure smooth operation of business. Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories. Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks. Complying with all food and beverage regulations. Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons.
